The Good

The Super Bowl win in 2013. The Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos 43-8 in Super Bowl XLVIII, capping off a magical season that saw them go 13-3 and earn the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
The Legion of Boom. The Seahawks' defense was one of the most dominant in the NFL in the early 2010s, led by stars like Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, and Kam Chancellor. They were known for their ability to create turnovers and make big plays.
Russell Wilson. Wilson has been the Seahawks' quarterback since 2012, and he's one of the best in the NFL. He's a dynamic playmaker who can make plays with his arm and his legs. He's also a leader on and off the field.

Lynch ran for 67 yards on the play, breaking multiple tackles and sending the crowd into a frenzy. However, the Seahawks ultimately lost the game.
The off-field issues. The Seahawks have had a number of off-field issues in recent years, including arrests, suspensions, and domestic violence allegations. These issues have damaged the team's reputation and made it difficult for fans to support the team.

The Ugly
